Key Responsibilities:

• Install machines at new customers’ sites, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Provide on-site technical assistance for troubleshooting and equipment repair.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers' technical issues.
• Conduct online and telephone troubleshooting of hardware and software technical problems.
• Assist in providing technical support at 3D Printing Industry exhibitions.
• Embrace extensive travel, with over 50% of your time spent on the road.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly with Metal 3D Printing machines.
• Proficiency in computer hardware/software setup.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally within Europe.
