2. JOB PURPOSE

This position contributes to the overall mission and goals of HAI by being responsible for the manufacturing
accounting, inventory tracking, budget analysis, and reporting.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
List the key accountabilities that must be carried out to fulfil the job purpose. % of time
• Setup and monitor data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing
and variance information to management. Responsible for running the cost accounting process
and reviewing standards costs regularly for updates. Perform ongoing analysis of process
constraints, target costing projects, and margin analysis. Review standard and actual costs and
provide accurate cost analysis within scheduled deadlines provided.

• Complete activities related to budget which includes working with departments to ensure timely
reporting, monitoring and analyzing accounting data, producing financial reports and performing
financial profitability analysis. Provide to Business Management along with recommendations for
improvements on profitability and financial objectives. Publish budgets meeting the required
schedules as provided by corporate.

• Responsible for Inventory at HAI and GEHonda including Physical Inventory and Inventory
Accounting. Coordination of physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Coordinate and
Investigate cycle counting variances to resolve issues. 15%
• Work on special projects as required. 10%

Minimum Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience ▪ Minimum of 5 or more years of accounting experience preferably in cost accounting.
▪ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and
regulations.

▪ High attention to detail and accuracy.
