Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 annually
Bonus Eligible: Yes, based on performance metrics and applicable bonus plan

A leading global manufacturer of precision dispensing and benchtop tool solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Director to lead the worldwide sales efforts for its product line. Position Summary:
The Global Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role oversees direct sales operations, manufacturer representatives, and channel partners across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual sales plans and strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.

Lead and manage the global sales team, including performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development.

Set regional and territory sales objectives, forecasts, and quotas.

Identify and track key sales KPIs; establish cadence and accountability across the team.

Execute field sales programs and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.

Drive customer acquisition by identifying new sales opportunities and creating tailored approaches for market penetration.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, reps, and end customers globally.

Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends, competition, and supply chain factors.

Oversee department budget planning and performance tracking.

Leverage Salesforce and other tools to generate insights, dashboards, and reporting to support sales growth.

Promote the company's culture and vision through effective leadership and communication.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams on customer payment and credit terms.

Stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

At least 10 years of sales experience within electronics, semiconductors, or industrial markets.

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management and leading global sales strategies.

Proven success managing both direct and indirect (distribution/channel) sales operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
