  • Perform preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.

  • Support machine rebuild programs, including refurbishment and upgrades to enhance performance and longevity.

  • Provide on-site training and technical guidance to machine operators and maintenance personnel.

  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve complex service issues.

  • Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and manage timely restocking.

  • Assist in other tasks and departmental needs during in-house assignments.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience servicing or troubleshooting multi-spindle machines, 5-axis grinders, or similar advanced manufacturing equipment.

  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs and control architectures.

  • Proficiency with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC equipment.

  • Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive work ethic.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, with frequent overnight stays.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Physical capability to lift and handle tools and equipment up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CNC control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, or Beckhoff.

  • Certifications in mechanical or electrical fields (e.g., Certified Maintenance Technician, Journeyman Electrician).

  • Familiarity with OSHA and other relevant safety standards and procedures.

  • Prior experience working with a machine tool manufacturer or industrial service provider.

Work Environment:

  • This role is predominantly field-based, requiring work in various environments including production floors and remote industrial sites.

  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with potential for evening and weekend assignments based on customer needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
