Location: Michigan, USA (With up to 50% travel)

Salary: $70,000k - $90,000k DOE

About the Role:
The Technical Support Specialist will provide customers with expert guidance and support to ensure optimal performance of advanced CNC machines and precision engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support and training to customers on CNC machine operation and maintenance.

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.

• Develop and present technical demonstrations and presentations.

• Stay current with industry trends to offer the latest and most effective solutions.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to travel as needed for customer support.
