Job Title: Chief Finance Officer
Location: USA, remote
Salary: $500k

These systems are intended to support high-efficiency services across a wide range of use cases, starting with industrial environments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with long-term goals

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, offering data-driven financial insights

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis

  • Establish and oversee reporting frameworks that ensure operational and financial transparency

  • Provide guidance on cost control, capital efficiency, and risk management

  • Build scalable financial processes, systems, and controls to support rapid growth

  • Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and resource allocation

  • Manage regulatory compliance, including adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS)

  • Lead the design and implementation of internal controls and audit practices

  • Create a long-term financial roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic expansion

 

Expertise

  • Previous experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth, tech-focused, or multi-market company

  • Deep understanding of financial planning, capital strategy, and risk frameworks

  • Proficiency in IFRS and other regulatory standards

  • Experience leading successful teams and building scalable finance organizations

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial technology solutions

  • Strong track record in fundraising, with established relationships in venture capital and institutional investment networks (especially in the U.S. and Europe)

  • Experience with IPO preparation or major liquidity events

  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
