An experienced Director of Manufacturing is sought to lead manufacturing operations with excellence in safety, quality, efficiency, and capacity. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of medical device manufacturing while scaling a rapidly growing operation.

This leadership role is critical in building manufacturing capacity to meet business objectives, optimizing high-precision processes, and ensuring world-class standards across safety and quality.

About the Candidate

  • 8–10 years of manufacturing management and leadership experience in industries such as medical devices, pharmaceutical manufacturing, metal injection molding (MIM), or other process-intensive environments.

  • Proven track record of running complex manufacturing operations at scale with strong hands-on capability.

  • Expertise in multi-step, high-precision batch processes, especially chemistry-based processes.

  • Strong foundation in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Ability to collaborate with R&D and engineering teams, ensuring robust process control and validated change management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to align teams and influence outcomes.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to achieve KPI targets across all manufacturing operations.

  • Manage and develop a team of technicians and operators to safely and efficiently produce medical device components.

  • Strengthen internal operations to ensure reliable Assurance of Supply for customers.

  • Partner with R&D and Engineering on process development, qualification, and validation.

  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.

  • Oversee supply chain, facilities, and related activities supporting manufacturing.

  • Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
