The Sales Manager

The Sales Manager 3D Printing Supplies role involves seeking a motivated individual with a focus on printer manufacturers and the dental market segment in Europe. The mission includes managing and expanding sales of 3D printing supplies and services through dedicated channels. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a proven track record in customer relations, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and having experience in sales for technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of 3D printing supplies, services, and solutions with a focus on resin materials.
  • Identify potential customers and build relationships in printer manufacturing and dental markets.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on 3D printing technology and supplies, analyzing sales data to adjust strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide customer service and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data in Salesforce CRM.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally with printer manufacturers or in the dental markets.
  • High interest in technical products with success in material sales, customer relations, and business development.
  • Ideally, experience or deep knowledge of the 3D printing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM (ideally Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
