Title: DevOps Manager
Location: Lyon, France (Hybrid)
Salary: €65k - €75k

What you'll be doing:

• Be the driving force behind our DevOps team, motivating and empowering them to succeed.
• Oversee designing and implementing new initiatives for the CI/CD systems, ensuring they're not only efficient and reliable, but also robust in their internal structure.
• Be hands-on with design and development, working with the team day-to-day.
• Team up with the Engineering Leadership Team to set clear, measurable goals that keep the business moving forward and in sync with the company's mission.
• Share best practices in DevOps, championing a mindset that's all about efficiency and collaboration across the whole engineering unit.
• Stay ahead by understanding DevOps technologies and trends, and recommend improvement ideas.
• Create strategic projects that are aimed at refinding the build, test, and delivery systems, making them better than before.
• Regularly update and analyze KPIs, giving the insight needed to keep improving.
• Nurture the professional growth of your team, helping them to reach their full potential.

What you need:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in a lead DevOps role
• Expertise in a wide array of DevOps technologies
• CI/CD systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc)
• Infrastructure automation and scripting using Terraform
• Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, groovy, etc)
• Software package managers (Conan, NPM, PyPI)
• Containers, container orchestration, and deployment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Configuration Management Tools such as Ansible etc.
• Release Management tools such as Azure DevOps etc.
• Experience with cloud computing principles and services (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc)
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (eg: C++, Java, Rust, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge of native builds and C++ build systems (CMake, Visual Studio, “make” and Xcode)
• Knowledge of Comfort with Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to occasionally travel for work
• People management experience
• Experience working with and/or leading a global team
• Both French & English language skills.
