Position Title: Cobots Field Service Engineer

Location: Massachusetts

Salary: $85k - $95k

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in Collaborative Robotics (Cobots) for manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Cobots, providing technical support, installation, and maintenance for clients across Massachusetts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain collaborative robots (Cobots) at various client manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cobots and associated hardware/software. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of Cobots.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on proper operation and safety practices for Cobots.
  • Work collaboratively with internal engineering teams to improve Cobots functionality and address client feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and customer interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Cobots technology and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Collaborative Robotics (Cobots) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills in robotics, automation, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to client locations throughout Massachusetts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
