Role Overview:

The Robotics Field Service Engineer is essential for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining robotic systems at client sites. This role demands a combination of technical prowess, exceptional customer service, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting installation, commissioning, and calibration of robotic systems at diverse client locations.
• Offering on-site technical support by troubleshooting and maintaining robotics equipment to ensure minimal operational disruption and optimal functionality.
• Executing regular preventive maintenance activities and recommending system upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to address complex technical challenges and contribute to system enhancements.
• Providing comprehensive training to client staff on the operational and maintenance aspects of the robotics systems.
• Compiling and delivering detailed service reports to document all conducted service activities and recommendations.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in robotics technology to continuously improve service and support processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, with a solid foundation in robotics or automation systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced robotic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively training and supporting
• clients.
• Availability for extensive travel to client sites, including potential overnight stays.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
