Job Description

Job Title: Sales Area Manager
Location: Massachusetts
Salary: $80k - $100k

Our client is seeking a Sales Area Manager to spearhead their growth across the United States. This is no ordinary sales gig – it's a chance to represent a disruptive business changing the manufacturing landscape.

The Role:
As a Sales Area Manager, you'll be the tip of the spear driving revenue growth and expanding our client's customer base nationwide. From prospecting and lead generation to negotiating multi-million dollar deals and nurturing client relationships, the full sales cycle is yours to command. You'll employ your deep technical mastery to consult with clients, understand their complex needs, and architect tailored solutions that blow them away.

This is no desk job – you'll live life on the road, crisscrossing your territories while generating insights that fuel strategies. You'll attend major tradeshows and customer events with leaders, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll have full autonomy and the chance to forge your own path to success.

What You Need:
• 3-4+ years of B2B hunting experience in technical sales, with a track record of crushing quotas
• Prior success navigating complex, lengthy sales cycles with OEM clients in aerospace, maritime, infrastructure or related sectors
• Native-level English communication skills to build rapport and clearly convey value propositions
• Strong technical aptitude (engineering background is a plus) to deeply comprehend customer goals and design solutions that resonate
• Proficiency with CRM tools and mastery of Office applications like Excel
• Prior application engineering experience is highly desired
• Expertise (or a burning desire to become an expert) in disruptive manufacturing tech like 3D printing, CNC machining etc.
• An insatiable hunger to learn and grow, with the grit to thrive in a demanding, constantly evolving environment

Why You'll Love It:
This is a chance to join a diverse, passionate team of manufacturing mavericks at the cutting-edge of innovation. Our client prioritizes growth – you'll have ample opportunities for professional development while enjoying outstanding compensation. This fast-paced, dynamic culture celebrates fresh ideas and rewards those who make an impact. If you crave the opportunity to push boundaries, this company will give you the reins to reach new heights.
