Essential Functions: 1. Customer and Account development • Drive New Customer Acquisition, Grow Business (Share of Wallet) with existing customers, and Represent NSL at Shows/Conferences/Industry Events. • Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers and engages in in-person customer visits. • Makes individual and group presentations to various prospects including those online, and in person. • Documents and manages a sales pipeline through CRM (HubSpot). • Segments market into addressable niche areas that drive strategic growth for the company • Defines buyer personas and proactively prospects new acquisition targets • Maps customer accounts defining champions, economic buyers, decision makers • Develops champions at key accounts and utilizes them to drive growth • Represents company at trade shows and conferences • Identifies key adjacencies for rapid growth opportunities and proactively drives action into those opportunities.

2. Administration • Updates and maintains customer information in CRM & ERP systems as necessary. • Submits expenses in accordance with company policy. • Prepares quotations, sends out letters and information • Post-sale follow-up to ensure customer expectations are met. • Follows-up on previous quotes, inactive accounts, or those with significant changes in sales volume, and referrals.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience): • Bachelor’s degree in business, materials science or related discipline or equivalent experience. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • LinkedIn • Working knowledge or ability to learn software programs such as MS Excel, CRM, NetSuite and MS Word. • Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding revenue target goals. • Valid driver’s license required.
