Who You Are

You are a proven self-starter with 8-15 years of technical sales and business development experience, preferably in additive manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or materials science, coupled with extensive metallurgy and AM process knowledge.

You excel at consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and crafting solutions that resonate. You have a track record of penetrating new markets, building high-performing teams, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
