Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Ohio

Salary: $65k - $75k Base Salary + OTE $150k

 

A company specializing in calibration is hiring a driven Regional Sales Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and development in their respective territories, prospecting new opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a competitive, organized, and technically astute individual with a proven track record in sales or business development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential customers to assess calibration needs
  • Determine pricing based on various factors and negotiate as necessary
  • Present long-term contract options to secure multi-year agreements
  • Respond to inbound leads and engage with prospective customers
  • Collaborate with sister company sales teams to ensure seamless account handoff
  • Maintain accurate pipeline opportunities and activities within Salesforce CRM
  • Meet and exceed all activity and sales metrics

 

Qualifications

  • Proven record of accomplishment in sales or business development
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the industry or market segment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM software or other sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing services environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM
  • 75% travel in the field, company vehicle, or allowance provided

 

Day-to-day

The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, determining pricing, presenting contract options, responding to leads, and maintaining accurate pipeline activities. This role will also involve collaborating with sister company sales teams and participating in ongoing training to increase professional growth.
