Assure the staffing level matches product on build schedule. Anticipate demand / product changes and staff accordingly. Assure staff can perform job per standard work plan. Audit frequently. Create Follow the production floor build schedule as provided by the Value Stream with the help of the buyer/planner. Coordinate all changeovers with the Shift Lead. Assure correct tools and materials are available. Be a Plex expert and mentor to all areas of production under responsibility. Develop training matrixes with production trainer and audit compliance. Coordinate with all shifts. Coordinate all document control releases in respective area to include RN’s, work instruction, set up sheets, scrap logs, SPC, etc. Work with Document Control. Track WC efficiencies for assigned shift and react to shift lead shift report to initiate actions for variances. Participate on CAR team with an emphasis on assembly methods and system requirements. Play key role in defining root cause and corrective action and implement all on the shop floor in conjunction with the Shift Lead. Complete all operator reviews, attendance counseling, and progressive discipline. Responsible for implementing action items from the focus team meetings to meet/exceed our QOS goals in the area of scrap, productivity, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, delivery performance, quality – internal and external ppms. Coordinating the resolution of all manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum operational delays. Support, promote and perform in a manner consistent with the continuous improvement goals established by the production unit Value Stream. Interface positively with customers. Provide effective, daily, on the floor communication to all team members and across all shifts to achieve product unit Value Stream established goals for safety, quality and throughput. Individuals directed by management to operate a vehicle for work purposes will observe the requirements of the Fleet Safety Program. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. • Increase Bray Commercial’s market share and sales volume within his/her assigned territory.

• Initiate, develop and maintain professional relationships with HVAC contractors, Control Distributors, Consulting Engineers, End Users, and potential customers through face-to-face meetings, email, and telephone conversations.

• Provide technical support and service to customers to help trouble shoot and solve problems and propose viable solutions.

• Track HVAC projects and develop HVAC project strategies to win project orders. • Project strategies include influencing specifications, identifying bidders, coordinate

providing bid to bid contractor proposals, and identifying successful contractor for final quotation and order.

• Provide quotations based on project specification take offs or customer provided information.

• Gain HVAC project knowledge and provide bid strategy to help inside sales and BCD project groups with bid preparation.

• Follow-up with customers on current quotations. • Identify and track project opportunities in CRM software within his/her assigned

territory. • Organize and provide technical presentations and factory tours for customers. • Continually prospect for new customers and opportunities for Bray Commercial

• Use company selected CRM software as directed including daily logging of sales meetings and customer contacts.

• Always operate in safe manner and per Bray policy when on the road and at customer job sites/facilities.

Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• College Degree or 5 – 10 years applicable commercial HVAC industry experience. • Skilled using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Valid Driver’s License. • Personal automobile available for use to make sales and service calls. • Credit Check required during background check.

• He/She must meet requirements of Bray’s Drivers Policy at all times including maintenance of current auto liability insurance coverage to the specified limits and following all company safety practices.
