Position Summary |

The Production Supervisor works within a Value Stream and shares ownership for the day to day quality, productivity and safety of the Value Stream. production unit. TheStream. The Production Supervisor’s responsibilities may span across all processes within their assigned Value Stream. several production units. TheStream. The Production Supervisor will provide supervisory leadership in the areas of team building, labor planning, interviewing and hiring, training, achievement of QOS metrics, progress discipline, and auditing of team performance. The Production Supervisor will take direction from the Value Stream Production Unit Manager on a daily basis. |
