Unleash Your Reliability Engineering Expertise in Cutting-Edge 3D Printing Technology

Are you a seasoned reliability engineer seeking a new challenge that pushes the boundaries of what's possible?

Look no further than this pioneering additive manufacturing company that has developed its own groundbreaking high-viscosity 3D printhead technology.

In this role you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of 3D printing by ensuring the reliability and performance of ultra-high-viscosity printheads through rigorous testing and analysis. This is your chance to work at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges that will stretch your skills and expertise to new heights.

Your Mission: Driving Reliability Excellence

As a Printhead Test and Reliability Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in translating marketing requirements into tangible reliability goals for printheads and components. You'll develop and execute comprehensive test plans and protocols, designing custom fixtures and setups to simulate real-world operating conditions accurately.

From accelerated life testing and environmental stress testing to failure analysis and root cause investigations, you'll employ your extensive knowledge of reliability principles, test methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques to identify potential failures and areas for improvement proactively.

Collaborating closely with our design team, you'll incorporate reliability requirements into product design and development, ensuring the printheads meet the highest standards of performance and longevity.

Your Winning Combination

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving skills. With a Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, you'll have 3-5 years of proven experience in reliability testing and engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment.

Your strong knowledge of testing techniques, equipment, and data acquisition systems, coupled with your proficiency in reliability software tools like Weibull analysis and reliability prediction software, will set you apart. But it's your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, your excellent attention to detail, and your passion for continuous improvement that will truly make you shine.

Join a Diverse and Innovative Team

You'll be part of an international and growing team of 60+ professionals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing. The open-minded and supportive work environment fosters employee empowerment, continuous learning, and the freedom to explore new ideas.

With flexible working hours, opportunities for travel between our locations in Germany and Spain, and a range of benefits including free snacks, fitness equipment, and an inspiring workspace that combines a think tank, workshop, production hall, and office, we offer an exceptional work-life balance.
