We're hiring a part-time Maintenance Engineer to join the team in Amsterdam!

A company that specializes in sustainable material products, needs someone like you to ensure the production equipment operates flawlessly. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and planning maintenance activities for industrial, extrusion, and drying machinery.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep equipment in good condition to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage the inventory of crucial parts and technology, by ensuring timely restocking.
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to schedule and execute consistent maintenance.
• Assist in the adoption and implementation of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration into production.
• Attend production and QC meetings to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Evaluate maintenance requirements for new equipment and source necessary tools.
• Direct and coordinate the fabrication of parts and fixtures.

What You'll Need:

• 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in extrusion or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in English and ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematic blueprints.
• Comfortable with computing hardware and systems.
