The Quality System Leader - IATF Certified holds a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to quality standards, particularly IATF 16949, within the organization. They are responsible for leading and managing various quality-related activities, including audits, documentation management, supplier management, and compliance with quality system requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of IATF Certified Training or willingness to undergo certification training.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Experience in conducting 2nd party audits in the automotive sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Successful leadership of plant-wide audits.
• Experience in designing internal audit processes.
• Successful management of suppliers' portals.
• Proficiency in managing Supplier Matrix.
• Proficient in creating check sheets and other relevant documents.
• Familiarity with Plex software.
• Experience in leading Supplier audits.
• Familiarity with First Article samples.
• Knowledge of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) scheduling.
• Ability to handle high levels of stress effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CQ1 and its related requirements.
