Location: Michigan
Salary: $110k - $150k + Commission

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a zest for sales and client relationships?

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team and drive success in their sales operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Travel to client sites (approximately 3 days per week) to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Customer Training: Facilitate product training sessions to support customers where necessary.
  • CRM Management: Utilize SAP-based CRM tools to manage the sales process effectively, including weekly call reports and database updates.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain a pipeline sales report covering open and closed quote statuses.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute plans to achieve sales objectives, aligning with company goals.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand and address both business and manufacturing needs by engaging in meaningful dialogue with customers.
  • Distribution Strategies: Determine the best channels of distribution to meet client requirements.
  • Quotations & Pricing: Design, follow up on special quotations and prepare pricing requests for large projects.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors' pricing and promotional strategies, sharing insights with management and the Product Development team.
  • Presentations: Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for quarterly sales meetings, regional meetings, and other business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with factories to provide customers with optimal solutions.

About you:

  • A motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, and market analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably SAP-based).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to travel regularly and adapt to diverse customer needs.
