Responsibilities:
- Creating estimates for all on-site work.
- Communicating with customers for scheduling service, including requested dates and times, and any specific safety and regulation requirements.
- Following up with customers for incomplete jobs or rescheduled jobs.
- Maintaining organized filing for all technician expense receipts.
- Coordinating all emergency on-site services.
- Tracking technicians' time off.
- Scheduling service with customers.
- Making travel reservations for technicians.
- Ensuring that the quality policy statement/mission statement is being met.
- Working with impartiality and performing the job with utmost integrity.
Authority:
- Assigning technicians to appropriate work.
- Rescheduling jobs accordingly.
