Responsibilities:

• Creating estimates for all on-site work.
• Communicating with customers for scheduling service, including requested dates and times, and any specific safety and regulation requirements.
• Following up with customers for incomplete jobs or rescheduled jobs.
• Maintaining organized filing for all technician expense receipts.
• Coordinating all emergency on-site services.
• Tracking technicians' time off.
• Scheduling service with customers.
• Making travel reservations for technicians.
• Ensuring that the quality policy statement/mission statement is being met.
• Working with impartiality and performing the job with utmost integrity.
