Job Description

A company that boasts major industrial projects, and with over 9,000 machines installed across Europe, is hiring an Additive Manufacturing Service Technician, who will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients.

Customer satisfaction is a key element of this role, along with the following responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance and troubleshooting operations on 3D printers installed at client sites (6 technologies in total, 1 metal and 5 polymers).
• With your technical expertise, you participate in analysis and diagnostics in collaboration with technical and application teams.
• Ensuring the installation of new equipment at clients' sites.
• Participating in the training of technical contacts, in close collaboration with support teams.
• Regularly reporting your activity to monitor the evolution of installed equipment.
• Reports to the sales team information that could lead to new sales.
• Focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• This position requires travel up to 70% of the time to various sites, at clients' locations, in France, and occasionally abroad.

About you:

• With a technical background of at least a 2-year technical degree with a specialty in industrial maintenance, such as a BTS MAI, you have multiple experiences as a Technician in machine tools or industrial Additive Manufacturing.
• You demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Beyond your technical and interpersonal skills, you are proactive in a continuous effort to improve products and have a strong inclination for fieldwork.
• You are recognized for your adaptability, good interpersonal skills, and ease of working in a team.
